Ingredients

- .75 cup Cashew Butter
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup, Pure
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- Brownie Dough -- ---
- 8 each Dried Dates, pitted, soaked in hot water
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup, Pure
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Caramel -- ---
- 8 each Dried Dates, pitted, soaked in hot water
- 3 tbsp Cashew Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Chocolate Layer -- ---
- 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips, Dairy-Free
- 3 tsp Coconut Oil
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Use either an individual silicone muffin pan or line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Use a food processor, add all the cookie dough ingredients, and blend until a ball is formed. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
Use a food processor, add all the brownie dough ingredients, and blend until a ball is formed. Remove and set aside.
Step 4
In a cleaned food processor, add all the caramel ingredients, and blend until smooth (about 3-5 minutes). Scrap down the sides occasionally.
Step 5
Build the bars the following:
1st layer - Cookie Dough
2nd layer- Brownie Dough
3rd layer- Caramel
Step 6
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
Evenly spread on top of the caramel layer.
Step 7
Chill for at least an hour to set. Carefully remove from the pan and cut into squares (if necessary). Store in the fridge, enjoy!
