Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup Tahini
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup, Pure
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips, Dairy-Free
- 1 each Egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl add almond flour, tahini, maple syrup, and chocolate chips. Dough should be thick.
Put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Mix in the egg, baking soda, vanilla, and salt until combined.
Step 4
Scoop 2 tbsp of cookie dough on to the sheet pan, slightly flatten.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes before removing off the sheet pan, enjoy!
