Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef, 86%, divided into 4-4oz patties
  • Flour Tortillas, 6 inch
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Montreal Seasoning
  • 4 slices American Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dave's Sizzle Sauce
  • 3 tbsp White Onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • Dill Pickle Chips
  • 2 tbsp Tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup Crispy Fried Onions

Method of Preparation

Smash Burger Taco - Step 1

Step 1

Spread one of the beef patties evenly over one flour tortilla until it is almost completely covered.

Season with salt, pepper, and Montreal seasoning.

Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add tortilla, meat side down, and slightly press down into the pan.

 

Cook for 4 minutes.

Flip over the tortilla and add one cheese slice. Cook for an additional 1 minute.

 

Repeat this process with the remaining burgers.

To assemble the burger tacos, drizzle with Dave's Sizzle Sauce, add onion, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and crispy onions.
