Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef, 86%, divided into 4-4oz patties
- 4 Flour Tortillas, 6 inch
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Montreal Seasoning
- 4 slices American Cheese
- 1/4 cup Dave's Sizzle Sauce
- 3 tbsp White Onion, minced
- 1/2 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 8 Dill Pickle Chips
- 2 tbsp Tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup Crispy Fried Onions
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Spread one of the beef patties evenly over one flour tortilla until it is almost completely covered.
Step 2
Season with salt, pepper, and Montreal seasoning.
Step 3
Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add tortilla, meat side down, and slightly press down into the pan.
Cook for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Flip over the tortilla and add one cheese slice. Cook for an additional 1 minute.
Repeat this process with the remaining burgers.
Step 5
To assemble the burger tacos, drizzle with Dave's Sizzle Sauce, add onion, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and crispy onions.
Serve immediately, enjoy!
