Ingredients
- 1 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Oat Flour
- 1/4 cup Dried Strawberries, rough chopped
- 1/4 cup Dried Cherries, rough chopped
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 cup Ground Flaxseed
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 3 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup, Pure
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Milk, (of choice)
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine the rolled oats, oat flour, dried fruit, seeds, flax, chia, cinnamon, baking powder, and chocolate chips.
Step 3
Add the applesauce, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, milk, and mix well.
Let the dough sit for 4-5 minutes before scooping.
Step 4
Scoop 1/4 cup of dough and lightly flatten. The cookies will not spread during baking.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
