Ingredients

  • 2 each Cauliflowers (purple, yellow, or white), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Whole Grain Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt & Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Dill, Fresh, chopped

Method of Preparation

Mustard-Dill Cauliflower - Step 1

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a sheet pan with pan spray.

Step 2

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower, olive oil, mustard, onion & garlic powder, salt & pepper.

Spread out evenly on the sheet pan and roast for 30-35 minutes. Toss halfway through cooking.
