Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 lb Green Beans, ends trimmed
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 2 each Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt & Pepper
  • 2 ears Fresh Corn on the Cob, cooked
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Herbs (Chives, Basil, Dill, Parsley), chopped
  • Lemon Zest

Method of Preparation

Herbed Green Beans - Step 1

Step 1

Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat, add butter and melt.

Step 2

Add green beans, tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper.

 

Sauté for 4-5 minutes.

Step 3

Add cooked corn and fresh herbs.

 

Sauté for 1 more minute before removing from heat.

Step 4

Add lemon zest right before serving.
