Ingredients
- 8 tbsp Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2/3 cup Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened
- 1/2 cup Flour
- Ganache: ---
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips, semi sweet
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 8x8 baking dish or silicone pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
Step 2
In a bowl mix together the butter, coconut oil, and sugars.
Step 3
Stir in the eggs and vanilla.
Step 4
Once combined, fold in the cocoa powder and flour.
Step 5
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
Step 6
Add chocolate and heavy cream to a bowl and microwave 1 minute at a time until smooth.
Step 7
Pour over the brownies and spread to smooth evenly.
Sprinkle with candy chips or sprinkles.
Chill to set the ganache before cutting. Enjoy!
