Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Pizza Dough- rectangular
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Garlic, smashed
  • 4 tbl Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning / Garlic Powder / Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 12 Dave's Meatballs
  • Herb Topping: 1/4 tsp Basil / Oregano / Garlic Powder / Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a muffin tin with pan spray.

In a bowl combine the roasted garlic, melted butter, and seasonings.

Lay out one pizza dough sheet on top of the muffin tin.

Brush the top of the dough with the garlic butter.

Take the second muffin tin, spray the bottom of the tin with the pan spray, and press it into the pizza dough.

Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese into each muffin tin.

Add one meatball into each tin, on top of the cheese.

Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Add the second pizza dough on top. Brush with the remaining garlic butter.

Slice the pizza dough to make individually wrapped meatball sliders.

 

Fold and pinch the edges of the sliders.

Sprinkle the top with the herb topping and parmesan cheese.

 

Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.
