Ingredients
- 6 Pretzel Rolls
- 1 cup Applesauce
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt & Pepper
- 1 lb Dave's BBQ Pulled Pork
- Apple Cider Slaw: ---
- 8 oz (1 bag) Red Cabbage, shredded
- 1 Granny Smith Apple, grated
- 1/2 Lemon, Juiced
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Celery Seed
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Make the slaw dressing: whisk together the lemon juice, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider, vinegar, mustard, honey, celery seed, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add in the cabbage and apples to the slaw dressing. Set aside.
Step 3
In a large sauté pan, over medium-high heat, add the applesauce, vinegar, Worcestershire, honey, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Whisk and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add the BBQ pulled pork and bring to a simmer to heat through.
Step 5
Build the sandwiches with the shredded pork and apple slaw. Enjoy!
