Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 12 oz Artichoke Hearts, drained, chopped
- 8 oz Crab, Imitation or Jumbo Lump
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp Scallions, sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp Chives, chopped finely
- 1/4 tsp Salt & Pepper
- 24 Wonton Wrappers
- Garnish: Scallions & Chives
Method of Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a mini muffin pan with pan spray.
Step 2
Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin tin space.
Spray the tops of the wonton wrappers with pan spray.
Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 3
Whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the filling into each wonton cup.
Cover the tray with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
Uncover and bake for an additional 4-5 minutes.
Step 5
Immediately transfer to a cooling rack to cool slightly.
Garnish with scallions & chives. Enjoy!
