Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 12 oz Artichoke Hearts, drained, chopped
  • 8 oz Crab, Imitation or Jumbo Lump
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp Scallions, sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp Chives, chopped finely
  • 1/4 tsp Salt & Pepper
  • 24 Wonton Wrappers
  • Garnish: Scallions & Chives

Method of Preparation

Crab & Artichoke Dip Cups - Step 1

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a mini muffin pan with pan spray.

Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin tin space.

 

Spray the tops of the wonton wrappers with pan spray.

 

Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 3

Whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.

 

Stir in the remaining ingredients.

Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the filling into each wonton cup.

 

Cover the tray with foil and bake for 10 minutes.

 

Uncover and bake for an additional 4-5 minutes.

Immediately transfer to a cooling rack to cool slightly.

 

Garnish with scallions & chives. Enjoy!
