Ingredients

  • 12 oz Fresh Blueberries
  • 8 oz Fresh Blackberries
  • 8 oz Fresh Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Butter (Lactose Free), melted
  • 3/4 cup Garelick Lactose Free Milk

Method of Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x9 baking dish with pan spray.

In a bowl mix the berries, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, lemon juice and zest until evenly coated.

Add to the baking dish.

In another bowl whisk together the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.

Stir the butter and milk into the flour until a smooth batter forms.
